Quince is grown in temperate climatic regions, an average of 300,000 tons of quince is produced throughout the world, and Turkey ranks first. Quince contains vitamins A, B1, B2, C, Pp. Thanks to these vitamins, it provides protection against cholesterol, stress, stomach problems and heart ailments. It is also a very beneficial fruit for skin cells, as it is a strong source of antioxidants.
The structure of the fruit is large, the number is around 350-500gr. The outside of the fruit is lemon-colored and hairy. The internal structure of the fruit is crispy, juicy, tart and aromatic. Esme Lemon quince has the ability to be preserved for a long time according to the microclimatic conditions of the region where it is grown.
